Payreq has two sets of guides. One is for people receiving documents, the other is for organisations sending them. Choose the set that matches what you need help with.

Help with receiving bills, pay statements or documents

Choose this if documents are sent to you through Payreq, such as bills, notices, pay statements and tax documents. These guides cover your Payreq Mailbox, your subscriptions, finding and downloading your documents, and paying a bill.

Payreq Mailbox help

Help with sending bills, pay statements or documents

Choose this if your organisation uses Payreq to send documents to its customers or employees. These guides cover Payreq Delivery, including managing the people you send to, sending and tracking documents, and reporting.

Payreq Delivery help

Not sure which one you need?

Choose by the task rather than by your account. Receiving documents is Payreq Mailbox. Sending them is Payreq Delivery. If you use both, you can move between the two sets of guides at any time using the link in the page header.
