Choosing how to receive your documents

Modified on Mon, 7 Sep at 4:07 PM

When you subscribe to an organisation in Payreq, you can choose from the delivery methods that organisation offers. Not every organisation offers every option.

Payreq Mailbox

Your documents are delivered to your Payreq Mailbox and held in its Inbox. Sign in to Payreq and open the Inbox when you want to view, search for or download them.

Choose this option if you want one secure place to keep documents from participating organisations.

Email and Payreq Mailbox

Where available, a document can be sent to an email address and also kept in your Inbox. This can provide convenient email delivery while keeping a copy available in Payreq.

A Payreq Mailbox subscription can send copies to up to five email addresses. Complete any verification step sent to an address you add.

Email only

Some organisations offer email delivery without storing the document in a Payreq Mailbox. Depending on the organisation, you may set this up through Payreq or through the organisation's own website or form. An email-only subscription supports one delivery address.

If you choose email only, keep your own copies and check your junk or spam folder if a message does not arrive.

Payreq Group

Payreq Group is intended for people who manage documents for multiple properties or accounts. Depending on the service, documents can be downloaded in bulk or forwarded to supported property management software.

Accounting software

Some organisations let you send documents to supported accounting software, including Xero, MYOB or Reckon Accounts Hosted. These options require a separate connection between Payreq and the software.

BPAY View

Some billers may offer BPAY View so you can receive and manage bills through participating online banking services.

The options shown during subscription are the options available for that organisation and account. If you are unsure which one to choose, contact the organisation that issues the documents.
