Understanding the Reports Tab in Payreq Delivery

The Reports and Mail tabs in the Payreq Console give you visibility over every document you’ve uploaded — from when it was approved and delivered to what happened if it failed.


This article gives a high-level overview of what’s available and links out to more specific guides on common tasks.


What You Can Do with Reports

  • Track delivery outcomes (e.g. delivered, undeliverable, pending)

  • Export mail reports for auditing or reconciliation

  • View individual delivery history and timestamps

  • Monitor undeliverable mail and take follow-up actions

  • Access audit logs for compliance or support queries


You can access the Reports area by logging into the Console and selecting the Mail or Reports tab in the top navigation.


You may also see a Delivered Summary in the homepage dashboard.
