How to View an Audit Trail

Each mail item has a full delivery log, including:

  • Who uploaded it

  • When it was approved and sent

  • Which delivery channels were used

  • Delivery success or failure outcomes


To view the audit log for an individual item:

  1. Go to the Mail tab

  2. Click into the document record

  3. Scroll to the Delivery History section
