Onboarding a New Team Member

Adding a new staff member to Payreq Delivery? Here’s how to get them set up and productive quickly.


Step 1: Invite them to your Payreq Delivery account

  • Go to Settings > Account Permissions

  • Click the plus (+) icon

  • Enter their name and email

  • Assign permission levels for Contacts, Registrations, Mail, and Settings

  • Click “Invite”

They’ll receive an email with setup instructions.

Step 2: Assign Appropriate Permissions

Use the dropdowns in the Permissions tab to assign:

  • No Access

  • View

  • Action

Start with minimal access and scale up as needed.
