To confirm whether a digital document has been successfully delivered to a recipient:
Log in to the Console
Click the Mail tab
Use the Delivered, Pending Send, or Undeliverable tabs to browse
Filter by date, recipient, or job reference as needed
Click a record to view detailed metadata
If you believe a document failed delivery in error, please create a support ticket.
