How to Check Mail Delivery Status

To confirm whether a digital document has been successfully delivered to a recipient:

  1. Log in to the Console

  2. Click the Mail tab

  3. Use the Delivered, Pending Send, or Undeliverable tabs to browse

  4. Filter by date, recipient, or job reference as needed

  5. Click a record to view detailed metadata


If you believe a document failed delivery in error, please create a support ticket.
