You can download mail delivery data to use in spreadsheets, audits, or internal dashboards.
To export a report:
Go to the Mail tab
Filter for the date range and mail status you want (e.g. Sent, Undeliverable)
Click the Download button in the top-right
Choose CSV for raw data or PDF for a formatted summary
Exported reports include:
Recipient ID
Delivery channel
Timestamps
Failure reasons (if applicable)
For more detailed reconciliation reporting, please create a ticket and we can discuss configuration of an automated export.
