How to Export a Mail Report

You can download mail delivery data to use in spreadsheets, audits, or internal dashboards.

To export a report:

  1. Go to the Mail tab

  2. Filter for the date range and mail status you want (e.g. Sent, Undeliverable)

  3. Click the Download button in the top-right

  4. Choose CSV for raw data or PDF for a formatted summary


Exported reports include:

  • Recipient ID

  • Delivery channel

  • Timestamps

  • Failure reasons (if applicable)


For more detailed reconciliation reporting, please create a ticket and we can discuss configuration of an automated export.
