Subscribe to a service to start receiving notices in Payreq MyBills Agent

To begin receiving notices in your Payreq inbox, you’ll need to subscribe to each service (council or utility) for the properties you manage.


1. Login to your Payreq account https://go.payreq.com 

2. Select the + Subscribe button in the subscriptions tab.




3. Search for the service you want to connect with.



4. Choose Payreq MyBills Agent from the available delivery options (Note: delivery options can vary between services).



5. Enter the required property information to verify your subscription. 

  • Individual property - enter the required information and click Subscribe. 
  • Multiple properties - use the upload link to submit an Excel spreadsheet with the details


6. Tick the box to accept the Terms and Conditions.



You will receive an email verification. Once verified, your subscription is active and your notices will be delivered directly into your Payreq inbox.
