Each document (mail) in Payreq Delivery has a status that shows where it sits in the delivery process — and whether any action is needed.
Here’s a quick guide to what each status means:
Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Sent | The document was successfully delivered. No action is required. |
| Pending subscription | The customer has not yet subscribed. Document will be held until registration is complete. |
| Awaiting review | There’s a name mismatch or ownership change. Review required to approve or deregister. |
| Undeliverable | Mail could not be delivered (e.g. invalid email). Check the contact details to resolve. |
| Undeliverable (actioned) | A failed delivery has been reviewed and marked as resolved. No further action is needed. |
| Archived | The document has been removed from the active queue, often due to rejection or withdrawal. |
