Understanding mail statuses in Payreq Delivery

Each document (mail) in Payreq Delivery has a status that shows where it sits in the delivery process — and whether any action is needed.


Here’s a quick guide to what each status means:


Status
What it means
SentThe document was successfully delivered. No action is required.
Pending subscriptionThe customer has not yet subscribed. Document will be held until registration is complete.
Awaiting reviewThere’s a name mismatch or ownership change. Review required to approve or deregister.
UndeliverableMail could not be delivered (e.g. invalid email). Check the contact details to resolve.
Undeliverable (actioned)A failed delivery has been reviewed and marked as resolved. No further action is needed.
ArchivedThe document has been removed from the active queue, often due to rejection or withdrawal.
