What does "Undeliverable Actioned" mean as a mail status?

Modified on Fri, 24 Oct at 2:51 PM

This status means that an undeliverable mail item has been reviewed and managed externally.

  • This occurs after your organisation (or the mail house) records an “External Action” such as printing and mailing the document.

  • No further action is required for these items.

  • This is useful for maintaining an audit trail of non-digital delivery.

If your council has a Bounce to Print process with your mail house, they may manage this step for you.
