Understanding subscription statuses in Payreq Delivery

Every subscription in Payreq Delivery represents a customer's registration to receive digital mail from you (e.g., via BPAY View, email, or Smart Mailbox). Subscriptions move through various statuses depending on your settings and the quality of data provided.

Tip: Subscriptions are always tied to Contacts. If the customer’s name changes (e.g., due to a property sale or update in your billing system), the subscription may be flagged, failed, or deregistered. Keeping your Contacts up to date reduces these issues.
