What does "Sent" mean in the mail status?

Mail items in “Sent” status have been successfully processed and sent to the registered customer.

  • You can review individual mail items to see details including:

    • When the mail was sent

    • Whether the customer viewed it

    • Delivery channel(s) used

  • If the mail was sent to multiple subscriptions and one or more failed, this will also be visible in the detail view.

  • If “No. failed payers” is zero, the document was successfully delivered via all active subscriptions.


This is the standard status for delivered mail and requires no further action.
