How to navigate the subscriptions page in Payreq Delivery

The Subscriptions page in Payreq Delivery allows you to view, create, update, export, or deregister digital delivery subscriptions for your customers.


Here’s a breakdown of the key functions available on this screen:


Page Overview

At the top of the Subscriptions page, you’ll find a set of actions to manage subscriptions:

  • Exports: Export your current subscriptions list to CSV.

  • Import deregistrations: Upload a file to bulk-cancel customer subscriptions.

  • Import registrations: Upload a file to bulk-create new subscriptions.

  • Create subscription: Manually create a new subscription from within the platform.



Searching and Filtering

The search panel allows you to find specific subscriptions using keywords or date ranges:

  • Search bar: Enter a name, contact ID, account number, or other identifying detail.

  • From date / To date: Filter subscriptions by the date they were registered or updated.

  • Download button: Export filtered search results to a CSV file for reporting or auditing.


You can expand or collapse the filter section by clicking the arrow icon in the top-right corner of the search panel.


Where to Go Next

To manage incoming requests or exceptions, head to the Dashboard or Subscriptions submenu:

  • Pending Registrations: View and approve incoming customer subscription requests.

  • Pending Failed: Review registrations that didn’t match your contact data (if enabled).

  • Active / Cancelled: View existing and historic subscriptions for your customers.
