Subscriptions are at the heart of Payreq Delivery. A subscription tells the system which digital channel a customer has chosen to receive their bills or notices—and links it to the correct Contact (e.g. account or property owner).
A subscription is a secure, digital connection between a recipient and a council. It enables Payreq to deliver documents directly to the recipient's Payreq Smart Mailbox or digital channel of choice.
Subscriptions are:
Linked to a unique Contact (typically an account or property)
Secure (each recipient controls their subscription)
Automatic—once a subscription is in place, delivery is seamless
Note: Every bill or notice sent through Payreq will attempt to match to an active subscription before falling back to paper delivery.
