Subscriptions can be created in one of three ways:
1. By a customer:
A customer signs up via their preferred digital method (e.g. email, BPAY View, or Payreq mailbox)
The subscription is linked to their Contact automatically
2. By your organisation's staff:
In limited cases, biller organisations can create subscriptions on behalf of customers
This should only be done when proper consent and data are available
3. By group agents:
Real estate agencies or bulk managers set up their MyBills Agent (Group) once
They can be automatically subscribed to all properties they manage
