Contacts are records of all potential recipients (account holders) that can receive a document from your organisation through Payreq Delivery. They form the basis for enabling digital subscriptions and are essential for ensuring the correct recipient receives each notice.
Each Contact contains:
Account number or BVRN (Billing Reference Number)
Name as it appears on the bill
Address and/or other identification data

Note: Contacts must be up-to-date for subscriptions and mail delivery to function correctly.
