Finding an older document or requesting another copy

Modified on Mon, 7 Sep at 4:01 PM

Use the Inbox and its filters to look for an older bill, notice or other document.

  1. Sign in at go.payreq.com.
  2. Open the Inbox.
  3. Use Search with an organisation name, reference or other visible document detail.
  4. Open Advanced search.
  5. Set From Date and To Date to cover the period you need.
  6. If useful, narrow the results by Document Type, Payment Status, Download Status or Forwarding Status.
  7. Select the document to view or download it.

How far back the Inbox goes

Payreq keeps documents for seven years. A document older than that may no longer be available from Payreq, and you would need to ask the issuing organisation for a copy.

If documents are ever due to be removed, you will be notified and given an opportunity to retrieve them first.

If the document is not listed

Payreq can only show documents that the issuing organisation supplied for your account. Check that you are using the correct Payreq account and have an active subscription to the correct service.

The current standard Payreq Mailbox does not provide a self-service resend action.

Contact the issuing organisation if you need a document it has not supplied to Payreq, including a copy from before your subscription began. It is responsible for deciding whether and how an older document can be reissued.

Contact Payreq Support if the organisation confirms that it sent the document to your active subscription but you cannot find it.
