Mail items in “Sent” status have been successfully processed and sent to the registered customer.
You can review individual mail items to see details including:
When the mail was sent
Whether the customer viewed it
Delivery channel(s) used
If the mail was sent to multiple subscriptions and one or more failed, this will also be visible in the detail view.
If “No. failed payers” is zero, the document was successfully delivered via all active subscriptions.
This is the standard status for delivered mail and requires no further action.
