1. Go to the Subscriptions page in your Payreq Delivery account.
2. Filter or view the Deregister? tab.
3. Select a subscription and click into the record.
4. Choose an appropriate deregistration reason from the dropdown:
Cancelled by customer – paper mail will recommence
Cancelled by mailer – due to ownership transfer
Cancelled by mailer – due to subdivision
Cancelled by mailer – no new delivery required
Others as defined by your organisation

5. Save your changes to finalise the deregistration.
Once completed, the subscription will move to the Deregistered state, and paper delivery will resume unless there are other active digital subscriptions for that account.
