Q: Why is my mail being marked as “Undeliverable”?

There are a few possible causes:

  • The Contact doesn’t exist or was archived

  • The email address is invalid or blocked

  • BPAY View was not activated (for billers using BPAY)


Go to the “Contacts” tab, find the affected user, and review their delivery channels. You can edit the email or delivery options directly.


If your subscription or notice looks correct and it’s still failing, create a ticket for assistance.
