Q: How do I know if my Payreq Delivery account is ready for use?

Once the Payreq onboarding team confirms your account is configured and test files have been successfully sent and received, your account is considered ready. 


You’ll also receive confirmation that:

  • Your contact and document configuration is complete

  • All required forms (e.g. Form A, TCR) have been processed

  • Your communications templates are approved and loaded
