Q: Can I resend a document that failed?

Yes — if the document is marked as “Undeliverable,” you can:

  • Fix the contact or address issue

  • Navigate to the Mail tab and locate the failed item

  • Select and click “Resend” (if enabled) or re-upload


Raise a ticket if you need help locating the original item or regenerating it.
