Q: Why is my mail not showing in the archive?

Only sent mail appears in the archive. If you don’t see it:

  • Make sure the delivery was successful

  • Check filters (date range, contact, document type)

  • Ensure you’re in the correct Mailer account (if your organisation uses multiple)


If a document was sent but is missing from the archive, raise a ticket for investigation.
