If a document can't be delivered digitally - usually because a subscription is invalid or cannot be matched - the mail item will be marked as "Undeliverable" and moved to the Undeliverable tab on the Mail page.
From here, you can:
- View any undelivered documents
Download and reprint individual items
Mark items as “Undeliverable Actioned” after you've reprocessed them
Investigate delivery issues (e.g. subscription mismatch, missing Contact) and review affected Contacts.
