Navigating the Payreq Delivery dashboard

This guide walks you through how to log in to Payreq Delivery and navigate the Dashboard — the home base for all delivery-related activity.


Step 1: Logging In

To log in:

  1. Go to go.payreq.com

  2. Enter your email and password

  3. If prompted, complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)


You’ll land directly on your council or mailer’s Delivery Dashboard.


? Need to reset your password? Click the Forgot Password link on the login screen.




The left-hand navigation menu includes:

  • Mail: View pending, sent, or undeliverable items. Read more
  • Subscriptions: Monitor and manage digital delivery preferences. Read more
  • Contacts: View or update recipient data (e.g. names and account numbers). Read more
  • Tools: Access shared files, permission settings, and advanced options. Read more
  • Archive: Find historical mail previously sent to customers . Read more
