Once you’ve chosen Payreq Delivery for digital billing, our onboarding team will guide you through setup—from configuration to go-live. Most billers are fully set up within 2–4 weeks.
Here’s what to expect:
You’ll be assigned an onboarding contact from Payreq
We’ll gather your billing samples, brand files and contact rules
Our team will configure your Delivery Console, authentication steps and delivery channels
You’ll approve test runs before we go live
After launch, you can manage your mail, contacts and subscriptions using the Payreq Delivery console.
