This article helps new users log in and choose the correct account to get started with Payreq Delivery.
Go to the Login Page
Visit: go.payreq.com
Enter your email address and press next.
- Enter your password and click sign-in
- Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if prompted.
- You will be taken to your Payreq Delivery dashboard.

If you have more than one Payreq account
If your login is connected to more than one Payreq account (for example, another Delivery account and a personal Payreq Mailbox), you’ll land on the Account Selection screen.
You’ll see a list of all accounts you have access to, such as:
Your council’s Payreq Delivery account
A personal Smart Mailbox
Tip: Use the search bar at the top if the list is long.
Click the account you want to open — this will take you into the correct Dashboard.
