Troubleshooting missing Payreq emails

Modified on Mon, 7 Sep at 4:15 PM

Check the expected address

Confirm whether the message should go to your Payreq login email or an address recorded on a particular subscription. Review both in Payreq if you can sign in.

If the missing message is a document notification and your delivery method includes Payreq Mailbox, check the Inbox as well. The document may already be available even if the notification email was filtered.

Search all mail folders

Search for Payreq, then check Junk, Spam, Promotions, Other, Deleted and any rules or filtered folders. Mark a legitimate Payreq message as not junk.

Allow Payreq messages

Add the Payreq sending domain shown on a genuine earlier message to your email service's safe-sender or allow list. Do not trust an address or domain copied from an unexpected message. For a work or managed address, ask the email administrator to check quarantine and filtering logs.

Request a new message where appropriate

If the missing email contains a password-reset link or verification code, return to Payreq and request a new one after confirming the address. Use the newest message because an earlier link or code may no longer work.

Contact Payreq Support if the address is correct and no message appears after these checks. Include the type of email, the time it was requested and your email provider. Do not send your password or verification code.
