To login:
- Go to go.payreq.com
- Enter your email and password, then complete MFA if prompted.

If your login is connected to more than one Payreq account (for example, another Delivery account and a personal Payreq Mailbox), you’ll land on the Account Selection screen.
You’ll see a list of all accounts you have access to, such as:
- Your Payreq Delivery account
- A personal Smart Mailbox
Click the account you want to open — this will take you into the correct Dashboard.
To switch accounts later:
- Click the spanner icon in the top-right corner of the console.

- Select Switch Payreq Account.
- Choose the organisation you want to manage.If you can’t see another organisation listed, contact your Payreq admin for access.
