The Dashboard is your central hub for managing all activity across your contacts, subscriptions and documents. It gives you real-time visibility into everything requiring your attention and shortcuts to take action. These include:
- Pending registrations: Employee requests waiting for approval.
- Undeliverable documents: Mail items that couldn’t be delivered.
- Documents in error: Mail items needing review and correction.
- Documents awaiting approval: Mail queued for review before being sent.
- Account snapshot: Summary of your contacts and subscriptions at a glance.
- Important information: Where to go for help.

Use the top navigation bar to access key Payreq Delivery pages:
- Contacts – Manage employee records. Read more
- Subscriptions – View and manage digital connections. Read more
- Mail – Track sent, pending, or undeliverable documents. Read more
- Jobs – View file upload logs
- Reports – Run delivery and reconciliation reports. Read more
- Settings – Manage mail options, users and documents for your organisation’s Payreq Delivery account.
- Profile setting – Manage settings for your personal Payreq account profile.
