When a document is ready to send but the customer’s subscription has not yet been confirmed or activated, it appears under “Pending Subscription.”
This may occur if:
The customer began the registration process but hasn’t verified their details
Contact information didn’t match exactly (name mismatches, etc.)
Pending Subscription mail will be held until the subscription is completed or times out. You may need to prompt the customer to complete their subscription or investigate the mismatch.
