TechOne CiA migration: Post-Go-Live Checks & Troubleshooting

After switching to your new TechOne CiA environment and Biller Code, here’s what to check:

  • All mapped subscriptions appear correctly in your new Payreq Delivery account

  • BPAY View notices are being delivered and read

  • Undeliverable mail rates are consistent or improved

  • Your old BPAY Biller Code has been deactivated

  • The Payreq archive still contains previous mail history for reporting
