After switching to your new TechOne CiA environment and Biller Code, here’s what to check:
All mapped subscriptions appear correctly in your new Payreq Delivery account
BPAY View notices are being delivered and read
Undeliverable mail rates are consistent or improved
Your old BPAY Biller Code has been deactivated
The Payreq archive still contains previous mail history for reporting
If you spot any issues, raise a support ticket right away:
