Payreq will provide you with a suite of ready-to-use communications templates to help you inform customers and avoid confusion. You may need:
Mixed channel letter (if you use email, Payreq and/or BPAY View)
BPAY View-only letter (for BPAY View subscribers)
Property manager letter (for grouped billers)
All templates follow best practice for plain language and layout. You can adapt them to your council’s tone of voice. We'll load these into your account as part of the migration process.
Timing is crucial — aim to send communications 1–2 weeks before the new biller code goes live.
