Your Contact ID setup affects how customers stay subscribed during the move. You’ll need to decide:

  • Whether to use PRN or Property ID as your Contact ID

  • Whether any formatting changes are being introduced

  • How to map old Contact IDs to new ones


Your Payreq mapping spreadsheet makes this process simple. Your Account Manager will help validate and test the file before go-live.


If Contact IDs change format (e.g. adding leading zeroes), you must notify Payreq so we can adjust your migration process to prevent breaks in delivery.
