A subscription (sometimes called registration) is a secure connection between your organisation and an employee’s Payreq Smart Mailbox. Once active, documents are automatically and securely delivered.
Subscriptions are:
- Linked to a unique Contact (typically an employee). What are contacts?
- Secure (each recipient controls their subscription).
- Automatic—once a subscription is in place, delivery is seamless.
How are subscriptions created?
When an employee attempts to create a secure connection with your organisation, the system tries to automatically match the details from their subscription request against the contact data you’ve uploaded.
- If the contact data matches: The subscription is automatically approved and becomes active.
- If the contact data does not match: The subscription is considered “failed.”
