Switching Between Accounts

If you work across multiple organisations or business units (e.g. as a Mailhouse operator), you can easily switch between Payreq Delivery accounts without logging out:

1. Click your user name at the top-right of the Console.

2. Select Switch Account.

3. Choose the organisation you want to manage.

Your permissions and access will automatically update to reflect the selected account.

Note: If you don’t see another organisation listed, contact your Payreq Admin to be granted access.
