It’s best practice to review your digital delivery results monthly. Here’s a suggested cadence:
At the Start of the Month
Review delivery results from the past month: Mail > Delivered
Check for spikes in Mail > Undeliverable
Download audit logs if needed
Reconcile any payment or delivery reports
Review Subscriptions
Go to Subscriptions tab
Track new opt-ins or deregistrations
Download reports for trend tracking
Follow up on recipients who have failed authentication
Update Shared Documents
Add newsletters, rate guides, or policy updates
Ensure outdated materials are removed
User Access Review
Go to Settings > Account Permissions
Remove access for departed staff
Add any new users
Confirm permission levels are still appropriate
