Archived and historical mail

Every document that’s been sent or actioned (e.g. marked “Undeliverable Actioned”) is stored in the archive for future reference.


From there, you can:

  • Search by name, account number, date, or delivery channel

  • View a document’s delivery method (e.g. email, BPAY View, fallback print)

  • Confirm read-status or subscription at time of delivery


Use Cases for the Archive

  • Investigate whether a document was sent

  • Confirm delivery method (e.g. digital vs print)

  • View subscription status at the time of delivery

  • Export document records for reporting or audit


Note: This is a useful tool when responding to customer service queries about missing notices.
