An active subscription in Payreq Delivery is an approved and working subscription.
When an employee requests to receive their documents via Payreq, their request goes through a validation process. If the details they provide (such as Employee ID or Postal Code) match your organisation’s contact data exactly, the subscription is automatically approved and becomes active.
You can view all active subscriptions by going to the Subscriptions page and selecting Active from
