When a document is ready to send but the employee’s subscription has not yet been confirmed or activated, it appears under “Pending Subscription.”
This may occur if:
- The employee began the registration process but hasn’t verified their details
- Contact information didn’t match exactly (Employee ID mismatches, etc.)
Pending Subscription mail will be held until the subscription is completed or times out. You may need to prompt the employee to complete their subscription or investigate the mismatch.
