Q: How do I update or correct a Contact’s delivery details?

To update a contact:

  1. Go to the “Contacts” tab

  2. Search for the user using email or Contact ID

  3. Click into the contact

  4. Update email address or delivery preferences

  5. Save changes — these apply immediately


For bulk updates, you can upload a new contact file via the upload tool or submit a ticket to have our team assist.
