How to create a subscription on behalf of a Customer (if enabled)

If enabled, authorised staff can manually create a subscription:

  1. Go to the Subscriptions tab in your Payreq Delivery console

  2. Click Create Subscription

  3. Choose the delivery method (e.g. email)

  4. Enter the Contact details, including account number and name

  5. Click Save


Note: This feature is only available to organisations with written consent policies in place.
