How to view and download your pay statements

Once you’ve subscribed to your employer, your pay statements will automatically appear in your Payreq Smart Mailbox.


Here’s how to find them:


Viewing your pay statements

  1. Log in to your account at go.payreq.com.

    • Use your personal email address and password to sign in.

  2. Go to the Inbox.

    • This is where all your pay documents are stored securely.

  3. Browse the list of available pay statements.

    • The most recent one will appear at the top.

  4. Click on a pay statement to open and view it.


Downloading your pay statements

If you want to save or print a copy:

  1. Open the pay statement.

  2. Click the Download button.

  3. The file will be saved to your computer, phone, or tablet as a PDF.

Tip:

  • On a computer, check your Downloads folder for the file.

  • On a phone, look for it in your Files or Documents app.


Viewing on your phone

For quick and easy access anywhere:

  • Download the free Payreq mobile app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).

  • Log in with your Payreq account details.

  • You’ll be able to view, download, and keep track of your pay statements on the go.


If you don’t see your pay statements

  • Make sure you have subscribed to your employer in Payreq. [here's how]

  • Wait up to one hour after subscribing — sometimes documents take a little while to appear. [here's why]

  • Double-check that you used the exact details from your payslip when subscribing. [here's why]

  • If they still don’t appear, contact your HR or payroll team for help.


Remember: Your Payreq account keeps your pay documents safe, private, and always accessible, even if you leave your job.
