Why your pay statements might not appear straight away

Modified on Tue, 16 Sep at 3:43 PM

When you first subscribe to your employer in Payreq, it can take a little time for your pay statements to show up in your Payreq account.

How long it takes:

  • It usually takes up to one hour for your first pay statements to appear.

  • This delay happens while Payreq securely retrieves your documents from your employer’s system.

What you can do:

  • Try refreshing your browser or logging out and back in.

  • If it’s been less than one hour, please wait a little longer before checking again.

If it’s been more than an hour:

  • Double-check that you entered your Employee ID and Postal/ZIP code exactly as they appear on your most recent payslip.

  • If everything is correct, contact your HR or payroll team — they may need to confirm your details are loaded into Payreq.

Note: If you subscribed right after starting a new job, your information might not have been added to Payreq yet. Wait a day or two, then try subscribing again or ask your payroll team for a timeline.
