How to enter the correct Employee ID and details without errors

Modified on Tue, 16 Sep at 3:46 PM

Most subscription failures happen because of small errors when entering your Employee ID or other details. Here’s how to get it right.

Tips for entering your details correctly:

  1. Use the exact information shown on your most recent payslip — copy it exactly.

  2. Don’t add spaces, extra letters, or special characters unless they appear on your payslip.

  3. Double-check your Postal or ZIP code for accuracy.

  4. Make sure you select the correct service if your employer offers more than one option (e.g., full-time, or part-time).

Example:

If your payslip says:

Employee ID: 00456

You must enter 00456, not 456.

Tip: Even a single incorrect digit or letter will cause your subscription to fail.
