Use the exact information shown on your most recent payslip — copy it exactly.
Don’t add spaces, extra letters, or special characters unless they appear on your payslip.
Double-check your Postal or ZIP code for accuracy.
Make sure you select the correct service if your employer offers more than one option (e.g., full-time, or part-time).
Example:
If your payslip says:
Employee ID: 00456
You must enter 00456, not 456.
Tip: Even a single incorrect digit or letter will cause your subscription to fail.
