What does "Undeliverable Actioned" mean as a mail status?

Modified on Thu, 30 Oct at 1:40 PM

This status means that an undeliverable mail item has been reviewed and managed externally.

This occurs after your organisation records an “External Action” such as printing and mailing the document.

No further action is required for these items.

This is useful for maintaining an audit trail of non-digital delivery.

If you’ve investigated an undeliverable mail item and taken the necessary follow-up steps—such as updating a contact, reprinting the notice, or confirming a subscription isn’t valid—you should mark the mail item as “Undeliverable Actioned” in the Payreq Console. This clears it from the Undeliverable queue while keeping a record of your action.
