  • Organisation name, ABN and logo

  • Public contact info for recipients

Contact Rules & Access

  • Authentication fields (e.g. reference number, surname)

  • Help text to guide users

  • Validation rules

Delivery Channels

  • Smart Mailbox (Payreq)

  • BPAY View (if needed)

  • Peppol eInvoicing (for invoice recipients)

Payments Setup (optional)

  • EFT, card, PayID, PayTo and direct debit

  • Payment timing and gateway integration

  • Flexible payment plan rules
