Having a Payreq account is like having a digital mailbox — now you need to tell us who should deliver documents to it.
Step 2: Subscribe to a service to start receiving notices
1. Login to your Payreq account https://go.payreq.com
2. Select the + Subscribe button in the subscriptions tab.
3. Search for the service you want to connect with.
4. Choose Payreq MyBills Agent from the available delivery options
(Note: delivery options can vary between services).
5. Enter the required property information to verify your subscription.
- Individual property - enter the required information and click Subscribe.
- Multiple properties - use the upload link to submit an Excel spreadsheet with the details
6. Tick the box to accept the Terms and Conditions.

You will receive an email verification. Once verified, your subscription is active and your notices will be delivered directly into your Payreq inbox.
Important: Inform the council you are the authorised agent
Before subscribing, make sure you have notified the council that you are the authorised managing agent for the property.
This usually means completing a change of address / managing agent request form on the organisation's website.
Or contacting the council’s rates team directly.
Without this step, the council won’t know to direct notices to your Payreq subscription.
