When creating your Payreq account, it’s best to use a personal email address rather than your work email.

If you leave your job, you’ll lose access to your work email.
Using a personal email ensures you always have access to your pay statements and tax documents.
Your Payreq account is yours to keep — it stays with you even when you change jobs.
How to check your email address:
Go to Account Settings in Payreq.
Make sure the email listed is a personal one, like Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo.
If needed, update your email so you don’t lose access in the future.
Tip: Your employer cannot access your personal email address through Payreq. It’s private and secure.
